About us
"The purpose of business is to create and keep a customer"
The KimmunicatePlus story
KimmunicatePlus was founded by Kim Ward in 2005. Having had an extensive career in Sales and Marketing with 25 years at senior level, an opportunity arose that seen Kim sell her home and invest the proceeds into a business of her own.
The first contract with a blue chip organisation remained in place for 5 years and since then, KimmunicatePlus have supported small, medium and large companies with their business growth through Proactive Call Management.
They are located in the lovely town of Taunton in Somerset and specialise in all areas of B2B Telephone Sales and Telephone Marketing.
MD and Owner Kim, is a very hands-on leader who likes to get on the phones herself with customers.
